What is shilajit resin?
Shilajit is a mineral resin that comes out of the mountains at high elevations. It is an ancient plant matter that has been compressed and transformed into more of a ‘mineral’ substance.
How is it collected?
It is collected by hand in the Altai mountains where Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and China come together.
Is shilajit resin the same substance as mumiyo (мумиё)?
Yes it is.
Does shilajit resin expire?
No. Similar in nature to honey, shilajit resin has no shelf life. Its best to store it in a cool dry place.
How do you know your shilajit is real?
We have done our due diligence in the research and in the sourcing of the highest quality shilajit possible. We purchase from a family owned business in Russia who has been harvesting, and purifying shilajit for decades.
How is your shilajit resin processed?
The rocks containing shilajit are broken, placed in spring water, and then the sediment is collected and filtered. Voila.
When is the best time to take shilajit resin?
Whenever and anytime you feel like crap is the best answer. Typically though, it is recommended to take in the morning.
Should I cycle Shilajit?
No. The most benefits will come from being on it daily. In other words, the benefits build over time.
Can I take shilajit with other supplements?
Yes you can. However, shilajit tends to make the other supplements more potent. Historically shilajit is used as a potentiator, which means anything taken with shilajit will be enhanced.
Met pet wants to eat it. What should I do?
Be generous. Shilajit is perfectly fine for your pets too.
My resin became hard and almost dry. Can I still use it?
Yes. If you would like you can try adding a spinkle of water to it.
Does shilajit dissolve in hot and cold water? What about tea and coffee?
Yes for all of the above. Shilajit will take longer to dissolve in cold water.
What is the recommended serving amount?
100mg is the average serving size. Or you could eyeball a pea size amount. Just rip or cut it off the block. Be careful if you use sharp utensils.
Can anyone take it?
Diabetics need to be careful, as shilajit also has insulin like effects. So speak with your doctor about your medications if you want to incorporate it into your life.
Traditionally shilajit was consumed by pregnant women, but in the USA there is no scientific research supporting or denying the claim. Again, speak with your doctor.
Is shilajit safe for children?
Historically shilajit has been given children… naturally in smaller doses. But if you live in the USA, then it’s best to consult your doctor.

WHAT IS SHILAJIT?
Shilajit is Purified from a natural and highly organic substance called humus or peat. Essentially humus is a storage platform of carbon, water and minerals formed over a period of thousands of years during a process called humification, in which accumulated plant and vegetable matter are naturally degraded.
The degradation process creates new ‘humate’ substances the first one being humin, then humic acid and finally fulvic acid. Also present in the humus is phenolic acid, which is a cofactor adding to the effectiveness of Pure Shilajit Resin.
The 3 most important humate groups are phenolic acid, humic acid and fulvic acid. Together they are able to holistically coordinate the utilization, transportation, absorption and distribution of metal ions in a way as to promote life— especially humic and fulvic acid which make up to 60-80% of pure shilajit.
They have a particular affinity towards releasing and promoting the absorption of necessary trace minerals, and at the same time enjoy binding to toxic heavy metals in their place— ultimately reducing the overall exposer to heavey-metals and relieving toxicity. Central nervous system toxicity from heavy metals such as mercury, tin, and lead are considered leading triggers of Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinson’s and overall lagging mental performance.*
The binding mechanisms of shilajit resin grow stronger with age; which means the longer the Humification process is active, the greater the absorptive capacity will be. Shilajit resin chelates via hydrogen bonds, ion exchange, Van der Waals forces and ionized carboxylic Acid (COOH).
Fulvic and humic acids are very complex earth materials considered to be the most chemically active compounds in soils, and which are completely unique. Put simply, pure shilajit is earth food. Forests tend to be higher in fulvic acid, and grasslands tend to be higher in humic acid. Both support an optimistic ‘I can’ attitude and promote sharp mental performance.*

Shilajt has taken away my terrible cramps, and oh I used to suffer. When you have has a many injuries as me, and your whole body aches; when you find something (even with a weird name) that can help even the slightest, its like pure magic form heaven.
The only down side is the taste. its pretty strong, and you’ll have to get used to it. I have found that putting it in my coffee can mask the taste somewhat.

This stuff is probably the most potent supplement I have ever used. Its like a powerhouse of pure goodness I can feel streaming electric vitality to every cell of my body. Superman obviously knows Vimirth Shilajit on a first name basis. Difficult to fully articulate every life changing benefit, but, a close approximation in two words, Electrified Vitality!
