Can I take dim on an empty stomach?
No. It’s better to take dim with food to avoid a possible upset stomach.
How long before I can see results?

When is the best time to take it?

ladies let me tell you dim is wonderful. It has helped me put a lid on all my hot flashes.. I tell every woman I meet about it. They just need to try it!!!

I love this product. I’ve had multiple peri-menopausal symptoms for quite some time, and after sleepless nights with hot flashes, dramatic mood swings, joint pains, etc.. I was desperate to find something that would help alleviate my symptoms. I found this product on after watching the video on youtube. I thought I would give it a try. I was not interested in Hormone Replacement therapy, and hoped I would find an alternative option. I’m so happy to have found this. Gentlemen, if your wife is going through menopause and you want to help her out so you can help yourself out. Try using dim. It really eased the emotional ups and downs of my wife. Excellent Product.

I tell everyone about this product because it is so “miraculous”. I’ve been using this for about half a year now, and the difference it has made its incredible. I was mainly trying to find something to help with skin, but it had numerous positive effects (easier weight loss being the best one). I’m so happy to find something that works so well, my skin has cleared up and I feel good.

I suffer from terrible hot flashes. I have used other dim products before, but they haven’t made much of a difference. My daughter said I should try this brand, though I wasn’t expecting much of a change. Surprisingly after the second day of use I noticed a big difference. I had half as many hot flashes, and they were very mild. I don’t know what the difference is between this dim and the others I have tried, but this one has helped me a lot!
