    I have had issues with focus, energy, stamina, taking Rhodiola has immensely changed all of my symptoms!
    I have so much energy through out my day, I remember so much more and have endurance I craved! I will continue taking Rhodiola and so should you!!

    I would give this 5 stars however if you take it for too long or possibly at too high a dose it causes extreme anxiety. I took it for about 8 weeks the first go around which was about 1 to 2 weeks too long. But for the first 6 weeks it made a tremendous difference. I had a better sense of well being, handled stress better and had less anxiety. Just be careful not to take too long and dosage is important. I now know to cycle it maybe 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, and I only take one.

    rhodiola really helps concentration. I just turned 50 years old and can really tell a difference in my overall awareness throughout the day.

    Prior to taking Rhodiola I suffered frequent anxiety attacks, was always on edge, trouble concentrating. After regularly taking Rhodiola, the number of anxiety attacks has been reduced to near zero, I handle a stressful situation with a much lighter mood. I could finally concentrate on my studies, literally could spend all day and night studying.

    I have read that a periodic break is necessary, so that your body doesn’t get too used to it. In my first month of taking Rhodiola, I did suffer a few headaches! I think a lot of this was trying to start with a larger dose right away. Definitely ease into it.
