Who Uses rehmmania root?
Rehmannia is one of the 50 fundamental herbs used in traditional Chinese medicine, where it has the name shēng dì huáng. Typically Rehmannia is taken to nourish Yin and invigorate the kidney in traditional Chinese medicine. Anyone who feels ‘drained’ is the ideal candidate for Rehmannia.

The word ‘prepared’ means that the root has been boiled with black beans for around 10 hours. There are two basic varieties of rehmannia Root: Prepared and un-prepared. The prepared root is considered a tonic and thus very safe.
